Rates & Fees

Water service payments are due on the 20th of each month. Please refer to the information below for rates, fees, and payment policies.

Lots with Water Meters

$50.00 per month for the first 15,000 gallons of water usage.
Water usage between 15,001 and 25,000 gallons: $6.00 per 1,000 gallons.
Water usage over 25,000 gallons: $10.00 per 1,000 gallons, or any portion thereof.

Monthly late fee: $25.00.
Successive monthly late fees: $25.00 per month.
Partial payments will be applied to the oldest outstanding balance.
Any unpaid balance will be carried forward to the following month's bill.
If an account is not paid in full, a late fee will be assessed.
Accounts with unpaid balances remaining in August will be submitted to the county for collection through property taxes.
An additional administrative fee of $100.00 will be added to accounts sent to the county.

New water service (hookup) approval fee: $7,000.00.
This fee includes meter installation and startup only.
Any additional excavation, contracting, legal, engineering, or architectural services required will be charged separately.

Impact fees for new developments will be determined by the Board at the time of development approval.

Bulk water provided under contract shall be charged at $12.00 per 1,000 gallons, or any portion thereof.

Any fees associated with electronic billing or online payment services shall be borne by the resident.

The full cost of providing water service shall be borne by the developer, in addition to:
